PRICING AND PURCHASES

The pricing of the products, goods, and services are advertised on the site, unless otherwise stated. A valid credit card will be required at the time of payment to complete a purchase and the amount of the purchase will be charged to the valid credit card to complete the purchase from the site. You hereby consent to, acknowledge, and allow Madaz Money to store (or cause a third party to store on behalf of Madaz Money) such payment information and agree to the following policies and procedures for payment of products, goods, and services and any applicable periodic fees pertaining to such products, goods, and services. You will be required to make the payment of the cost of the products, goods, and services in full at the time of purchase. At the end of the first term of any periodic products, goods, or services, the stored payment method will be billed automatically and the term will be automatically renewed. If the stored payment method is expired or invalid, then Madaz Money will terminate your products, goods and services with immediate effect. You are responsible for making sure that the stored payment method on file remains valid in order to automatically renew your term. Madaz Money reserves the right to not retroactively revive any accounts and honor any discounted rates in which a stored payment method was invalid and resulted in a failed automatic renewal.

Payment will be made in US dollars and are exclusive of any taxes, levies, or duties imposed by any taxing authority. You shall be responsible for any such taxes, levies, or duties arising from your purchase of any products, goods, or services from the site. All sales are final and all payments made to Madaz Money in connection with any products, goods, and services and any renewal is non-refundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your service or account any time before the day payment is due on your next billing cycle. Madaz Money is not obligated to provide any refunds or credits for any reason, including, without limitation, satisfaction or your failure to cancel your account or service prior to its automatic renewal.

You may cancel your service by clicking unsubscribe at the bottom of the invoice email which you received at the time of the signing up and the beginning of every billing cycle.  Please see the picture at this link to see an example of this email.

You may also alternatively cancel your subscription via the Facebook Messenger Bot on the bottom right-hand corner of our website.

Any cancellation request through any other means (e.g. leaving the Discord server or contacting Madaz Money to make a cancellation request) will not be accepted as a formal request for cancellation of your service or account.

Once your service or account is cancelled you will not be charged again moving forward. Please be aware that any promotional rate that you were previously subjected to that we currently no longer offer should you decide to repurchase our services at a later date will not be honored.

REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of the services provided, as you will immediately benefit from access to the information and services provided on this site, there is a strict NO REFUND policy. We encourage you to please review everything carefully before purchasing any products, goods, or services on the site.

AFFILIATE PROGRAM

The Affiliate Program is an opportunity for any current paying customer, moderator, or selected non-paying customer to earn a 20% commission on any sales generated via a custom URL (“affiliate link”) which generate cookies that are valid for 60 days allowing the affiliate to get a 20% commission credit for a sale should a purchase be made by an individual clicking the affiliate’s affiliate link. The individual must have cookies enabled for the referral link to properly track the purchase and thereby giving the affiliate credit for the sale. Affiliates will continue to receive 20% compensation for the sale as long as the individual remains a paying customer. If the individual ever cancels their subscription at any time, then the affiliate will cease to receive compensation for the sale.

Affiliates will be paid out on the 7th of each month for sales completed up to the following month via PayPal or other agreed upon payment method.  If no specific alternative payment method is agreed upon then payout will be sent via PayPal through the information provided by the Affiliate on the Refersion website.  Madaz Money is not responsible for payments sent to incorrect PayPal accounts due to any misinformation provided by the Affiliate on the Refersion website and will not send out a second payment.  Please ensure the correct contact and PayPal information is provided on the Refersion website.  Madaz Money reserves the right to not pay out any affiliate conversions where foul play, abuse or misuse of the affiliate program, or any form of fraud is suspected.

Per rules and regulations as defined by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) regarding independent contractors, any affiliates who accrue more than $599.99 in affiliate payouts in a single tax year will be issued a W-9 (or W-8BEN for international residents) form via the email provided by the affiliate in Refersion, which needs to be filled out and sent back to Madaz Money before we could continue sending any further payments.  Failure to comply in sending back a completely filled out W-9 (or W-8BEN for international residents) with valid and up-to-date information will result in the suspension of any future affiliate payouts in excess of $599.99 on a taxable yearly basis until we receive the completely filled out W-9 (or W-8BEN for international residents) from the affiliate.

The Affiliate Program is run and managed through a third-party service, Refersion, which is not affiliated with Madaz Money. Madaz Money is not responsible for any technical issues and malfunctions that arise from any third-party sites, including Refersion. Please review the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of any third-party site, including Refersion before participating in the referral program. Payouts will be made monthly and the affiliate will receive compensation for a sale the following month after the sale have been made. Madaz Money reserves the right to terminate any the referral accounts of any affiliate found to abusing the referral program in an unlawful or illicit manner

Madaz Money reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions at any time without any notice or warning.
